We would love to see everyone get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans and white or cream colored dresses. Ladies think knee-length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a long skirt and top combination, or pantsuits! Men can opt for a suit with a dress shirt and tie, or a blazer with dress pants and a button-down shirt.
Although we love your children, we decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Hopefully both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside at Meadowoods. Both cocktail hour and the reception will be held at Winterberry. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will also take place inside Winterberry!
We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible and can only accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, your invitation will say {Your Name & Guest Name}. Thank you for understanding! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
There will be free parking at both the ceremony and reception locations. There will also be a shuttle from the Seven Springs Slopeside Hotel to the outdoor ceremony at Meadowoods and back!
Please RSVP by August 25th. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us. If you do RSVP that you are coming and something changes, please let us know!
Please arrive at Meadowoods NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. If you are staying at the hotel, check in is at 4:00 and we recommend requesting an early check in prior to your arrival! If you arrive after the start of the ceremony you will not be seated and will have to meet us at Winterberry for cocktail hour after!
We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony by participating in an unplugged wedding experience. We kindly request that all guests silence and put away their phones once the ceremony begins. Our talented photographers will beautifully capture every precious moment of us and our guests. We look forward to sharing these memories with you afterward.
