Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your littles SOOO MUCH! So much in fact that we understand that they might not have the best time sitting through a ceremony, then a room flip, waiting for dinner, etc. So, while we are currently planning for your kids to attend, if you would like to use our wedding as a great excuse for a date night, or if you feel they would have a better time at home - we totally understand and welcome it.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Seating begins at 4:00pm, with ceremony starting promptly at 4:30pm. No need to worry about finding parking, there are PLENTY of parking spaces in the lot outside!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/Business Casual/Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Nothing too stuffy, but still nice and pretty!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors? What about the reception? Rain plan?

Answer

Due to the Bride's seasonal allergies (and those of the the bridal parties... and many family members), as well the unpredictability of September in Minnesota - we intentionally found a venue where both ceremony and reception could be held indoors. There will be a short time after the ceremony while the venue staff flip the space for the reception that we will need to be outside. In the event of rain we will have some sort of back up plan to make sure our guests stay dry.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please bring only those listed on your invitation. If a guest was not indicated on your invitation and you feel there should have been, please reach out to the Bride and we will chat. We just want there to be plenty of food!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! and PLEASE do! Reach out to the Bride or Groom ASAP so we can make sure you are safe!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Unfortunately there is not a hotel SUUUUPER close to the venue, but there are several within about 25 minutes.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is NOT going to be transportation provided between any hotels and the venue. Please note, there are also not likely to be Lyfts or Ubers available. It's a small town.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Amazon, Target, and through Zola! However, we're picky, and are currently living at home so we don't need a ton of STUFF so we would LOVE Cash or Checks (or basically any money app, just reach out to Celeste for details) to contribute to our Book/Library, Honeymoon, or date night funds.
