Filadelfia Coffee Plantation Tour

Experience the beauty and legacy of Finca Filadelfia, one of Guatemala’s oldest and most renowned coffee estates. This guided tour (approx. 2.5 hours) offers an inside look at the art and tradition of coffee cultivation, led by English/Spanish-speaking experts. Tours depart daily at 8:30am, 10:30am, and 1:30pm, with hotel pick-up as the meeting point. The rate is $26 per person (minimum of two guests), and transportation is not included in the entrance fee—please inquire with the tour guide for round-trip options. This experience is reserved exclusively for wedding guests.

This is a hands-on chocolate-making experience where you'll craft your own chocolates straight from the cacao bean. Guided by local artisans, you'll learn about the rich history of chocolate, from its sacred roots in Maya culture to its evolution through the Conquistador era. Sip on traditional cacao-based drinks once enjoyed by ancient civilizations, and customize your own 120g of chocolates using milk or dark chocolate and over 15 unique flavorings. This immersive experience is $25 per person (transportation not included) and makes for a deliciously memorable souvenir to share—or savor all to yourself! Private tours are available upon request.

Have a fun tour on ATVs around Antigua visiting many incredible places, getting off and back on your ATV. The tour takes around 6 hours, and the places that you will visit are: San Antonio Aguas Calientes, Ciudad Vieja, the Jade factory, San Juan del Obispo and then El Cerro de la Cruz. You will also enjoy a delicious lunch at el Restaurante el Tambor. Price is approximately $65 depending on the number of people. This is a standard tour but a customized tour can easily be organized, totally adapted to guests’ needs.

Pacaya is one of the most active and most popular volcano in Guatemala. With its peak at 8,373 feet above sea level, Pacaya looms over Guatemala City. The scenery changes quickly from lush subtropical vegetation to a barren, volcanic landscape dotted with vents emitting steam and heat from deep within the bowels of the volcano. Water and light snack will be provided for your 1 1/2 hour hike. A local guide and interpreter will accompany your group. Horses can be hired for an additional cost (around $15) for those people who would prefer a less strenuous excursion. Price can vary but it is around $65/75.00 per person, minimum 2 people. (Only guests from the wedding participate in the tour)

Surrounded by four majestic, cone-shaped volcanoes, Lake Atitlán is often hailed as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Atitlán is surrounded by 12 villages and home to approximately 260,000 people of Mayan ethnic groups predominantly the Tz'utujil and Kaqchike. Deeply rooted in tradition, with residents preserving their ancestral languages, cuisine, and handwoven clothing. On this private tour, reserved exclusively for wedding guests, you’ll enjoy a full-day journey from Antigua to Lake Atitlán. The day includes round-trip transportation, a visit to the lively Calle Santander in Panajachel, and a private boat ride to the picturesque villages of San Pedro La Laguna and San Juan La Laguna. Along the way, take in breathtaking views, savor a local lunch, and immerse yourself in living Mayan culture. Departure is at 8:00 a.m. with a return around 5:00 p.m. (travel time approx. 2.5–3 hours each way). Pricing will be determined based on the final number of participants.

It’s not uncommon to witness active Mayan ceremonies taking place among the ancient temples and altars. This exclusive wedding guest tour includes round-trip private transportation from Antigua, an English-speaking guide, entrance fees, and a traditional Guatemalan breakfast. The day begins with a visit to Tecpán to explore Guatemala’s oldest church and local market, followed by a guided tour of the Iximche ruins. Afterward, enjoy lunch at an authentic Guatemalan restaurant before returning to Antigua. Departure is between 9:00–10:00 a.m., with return around 3:30 p.m. Final pricing will depend on the number of participants.

For those seeking an unforgettable adventure, opt into a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Tikal National Park, one of the most iconic and sacred archaeological sites of the ancient Maya civilization. The day begins with a 4:00 a.m. shuttle from your hotel in Antigua to the TAG hangar at Guatemala City’s airport, followed by a 6:30 a.m. flight to the FRS airport in the Petén region. Upon arrival, you’ll be transported to Tikal, where admissions are included and an English-speaking guide will lead a fascinating tour through towering temples, lush jungle paths, and centuries of history. After the tour, you’ll return to the FRS airport for a 6:30 p.m. flight back to Guatemala City, followed by a shuttle back to Antigua around 7:30 p.m. Pricing will be determined based on the number of participants. This once-in-a-lifetime experience is reserved exclusively for our wedding guests.
