Question

Dress to Impress

Answer

Guests are invited to embrace Elegant Cocktail Attire—polished, stylish, and inspired by the vibrant spirit of Guatemala. Think elevated silhouettes with breathable fabrics, rich, earthy, or deep jewel tones, and any other culturally inspired accents. This can include: -Tailored suits or stylish separates in lightweight materials -Floor, midi or knee-length dresses, chic jumpsuits, or coordinated sets -Sophisticated footwear—heels, loafers, elegant flats, or sandals -Tasteful accessories and styling that reflect the joy and elegance of the occasion Feel free to add a hint of flair—whether that’s bold jewelry, breezy fabrics, or a patterned pocket square (tie optional) — while remaining classic, staying comfortable, and celebration-ready. Alicia and Anthony look forward to celebrating with you in style under the Guatemalan sky! (Kindly, the couple asks that white and shades of white are reserved for their attire.)

Question

Passport & COVID -19

Answer

All guests will need a valid passport to travel to Guatemala. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond our travel dates. This is a requirement for many countries, and having that extra buffer helps avoid any travel hiccups. If your passport is close to expiring, it is recommended to renew it as soon as possible—processing times can vary! Visit: https: //www.usa.gov/passport for more information COVID-19: No current entry restrictions, but we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

Question

Guatemala's Currency

Answer

The local currency is the Guatemalan Quetzal (GTQ). The current conversion rate is approximately: $1 USD = 7.7–8 GTQ (This may fluctuate slightly.) U.S. dollars are accepted in some places, but it is recommended using Quetzales for local purchases. Most major restaurants and hotels accept credit cards, but bring cash for markets and smaller vendors.

Question

We love your little ones

Answer

But, you deserve an evening of fun! The couple kindly requests no children.
