Jared and Torry's love story began in mid-2014 when Jared sent Torry a friend request on Facebook. Despite not knowing each other, Jared messaged Torry and asked to meet up for a drink. They quickly hit it off through texting and eventually had their first date at a bowling alley in late September. Torry had severe anxiety and wanted to avoid a restaurant, but their plan fell apart when the wait at the bowling alley was too long. They ended up at a neighboring restaurant where Torry's anxiety reached its peak, but Jared's understanding and empathy made it easier for Torry to open up. The conversations flowed, and they missed their bowling reservations. However, the night didn't end there as they spent the entire night talking at the bar. Almost nine years later, they are getting married and starting a new chapter together.
