Chester is a small seaside village, and places tend to fill up quickly in the summer, especially over long weekends, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!
We would recommend staying in an Airbnb or short-term rentals in and around Chester and Chester Basin, which offer the most flexibility, especially for families and groups.
If you’re unable to find something directly in Chester, Grey Gables Inn is a lovely nearby option with beautiful views, and Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre is also a short drive or cab ride away.
You’ll also find great places to stay in Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, both an easy drive from Chester.
