FAQs

Question

Timeline

Answer

Guests may begin arriving and taking their seats at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive on time. We also kindly ask that all phones be placed on silent or turned off during the ceremony. The last song of the night will be at 10:00 PM, followed by our grand exit. The venue will officially close at 11:00 PM.

Question

Dress Code

Answer

Our wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail. Think polished and dressy, but not overly formal. For women, this could include cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or a dressy top paired with a skirt or slacks. For men, a suit, dress shirt with slacks, or a blazer with dress pants are all great options—ties are optional.

Question

Transportation

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue, and cars may be left overnight as long as they are picked up the following day. We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft, as they are typically easy to find in the area. Since alcohol will be served, please plan ahead and choose a safe transportation option.

Question

Dietary Restrictions

Answer

Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, or feel free to reach out to us directly. We want to make sure all of our guests are well taken care of and have something they can enjoy.

Question

Weather

Answer

August in Oceanside is typically warm, dry, and sunny. Daytime temperatures usually reach the mid to high 70s°F, with evenings cooling down into the mid 60s°F. While it’s generally very comfortable, it can feel a bit warmer during the day, especially in the sun, so we recommend light, breathable attire and staying hydrated. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under an enclosed tent, so please dress accordingly!

Question

RSVP

Answer

As a reminder, we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 20. If we have not received a response by this date, we will assume that you are unable to make it. Thank you in advance for your timeliness!

Question

Please Bring Your ID

Answer

If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages at our wedding, please remember to bring a valid ID. Our bartenders will be checking IDs for all guests. For any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Nate or Torina!
