We’re so excited to celebrate with you! For your convenience, we’ve reserved room blocks at two hotels where many of our guests will be staying. Transportation will be provided to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible—shuttle buses will run from the hotels to the venue and back again at the end of the evening. The ride is approximately 45 minutes to an hour each way, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about the drive.
While there are a few hotels located closer to the venue in Shelby, NC, accommodations in that area are more limited and there isn’t much nearby in terms of dining or activities. For that reason, we recommend staying at one of our selected hotels, where you’ll have more options and be closer to other guests joining in the festivities.

Although our venue is in Shelby, we recommend flying into CLT. Everything other than the wedding venue (hotels, rehearsal dinner, after party etc.) will be in Charlotte!
