Unfortunately (or fortunately), no. Because of the remote nature of the venue, there is incredibly limited parking. Please plan to use the shuttle to arrive at the ceremony and to return to downtown Missoula at the end of the evening. See weekend schedule for the shuttle times.
We know many of you are traveling long distances and working through logistics and obstacles to try and be here for this special day. We are so grateful, and your presence is more than enough! If you feel so inclined to also give a gift, we put some ideas on our registry. We'd also love to point you in the direction of local nonprofits that you can make a donation to in lieu of a gift! FreeCycles - The goal of Free Cycles is to help Western Montana transition to a sustainable transportation system while simultaneously setting a strong example for other places. Free Cycles provides bicycles, parts, tools, work space, and help for a healthy community. Our programs focus on re-purposing unused bicycles to reduce pollution and increase freedom, empowerment and social change. Maybe! There are countless people who have meant so much to us as individuals and as a couple, and we took a lot of care in including as many of those people as possible in our guest list. Sadly, we were not able to invite everyone with whom we would like to celebrate. If you have a "plus one", you will see it indicated when you sign in to RSVP.
Maybe! We don't have any activities, high chairs, or food menus specifically catered to children. We understand, however, that you may want or need to bring your little one(s). Please reach out to us before you RSVP to make sure we have the capacity to accommodate your whole family!
90% of the weekend's scheduled events will take place outside. Plan for hot sunny days, cool evenings, and walking in the grass and dirt. You look great no matter what, so focus on clothing and footwear that will be comfortable!
Friday's Welcome Party: party shirt/ensemble - Think colorful, fun, short-sleeved button ups. Something that says, "I'm here to party". You might find your inspiration in the the image of a dad grilling in the 90s. Saturday's ceremony and reception: Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual Attire - you might consider wearing a dress, a jumpsuit, or a jacket and slacks. We recommend comfortable shoes and an extra layer for the evening. Ties are not necessary but bolo ties are always encouraged.
As soon as possible! Missoula is a popular destination in the summertime, especially over the holiday weekend.
Please RSVP by April 1st.
Camping at the venue is a potential option for our adventurous guests. It would require aggressive carpooling, as parking is extremely limited, and providing your own camping gear. Please note that it is only for the night of the actual ceremony & reception - Saturday, the 6th. If you hope to camp, please note that on the RSVP and reach out to us so we can explain the logistics!
We're so glad you asked. Please check out the "Things to do" tab.
