How do I get to the venue? Is parking available?

Answer

The Edgewater Hotel is located at 2411 Alaskan Way, Pier 67, Seattle, WA 98121. The hotel offers valet-only event parking for $24 on a first come, first served basis. Metered lots and self park garages are available across the street. Ride share services, such as Uber or Lyft, are readily available.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors to the Olympic ballroom on the 4th floor will open at 4pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Guests arriving prior to 4pm can enjoy views from the Edgewater lobby, where you will find a bar and coffee shop.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any food allergies when you choose your dinner entree on the RSVP page.

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can I bring a plus one? Are children welcome?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Enjoy a fully hosted bar as we toast, dance, and celebrate together throughout the evening.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

For July 2026 in Seattle, expect the weather to be warm, dry and sunny. The daily temperature will likely be 72-76 degrees with a low around 60. You will be indoors for the wedding but there is an outdoor terrace to enjoy during the event. Feel free to bring a light jacket to best suit your comfort. There is a coat rack in the ballroom foyer to be used, if needed.

Is there a welcome event?

Answer

Yes! Please join Tori and Sam at Ravenna Brewing on Friday, July 17th at 6pm for a come and go style welcome event. Guests under 21 are welcome to come to the brewery but the couple asks that any children under the age of 15 remain at home for this event. You will need to RSVP to the event using the RSVP page here on the website.
