This event is indoors on the 4th floor in the Olympic Ballroom.
The doors to the Olympic Ballroom will open at 4:00 PM, welcoming guests to take their seats before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.
Cocktail Reception
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Kick off the evening with handcrafted appetizers and an open bar during the cocktail reception.
Dinner Reception
6:00 pm
Guests are invited to the Olympic Ballroom for a locally sourced plated meal, thoughtfully prepared by the onsite chef.
