What is the dress code?

The wedding day attire is formal, with bright colors encouraged. We’d love for the day to feel vibrant and celebratory. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the lawn, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass (block heels, wedges, or flats are great options).

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided for the wedding weekend. For those not staying at the Omni Grove Park Inn, we recommend using Uber or another rideshare service, as the venue is less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Asheville. Renting a car is also a great option for exploring the area throughout the weekend.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn, while the reception will take place indoors.

July in Asheville is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend light, breathable fabrics and bringing a wrap or jacket for later in the night.

What is the best way to get to Asheville?

Guests can fly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), which is about a 25-minute drive from the Omni Grove Park Inn. Rideshare services and rental cars are readily available.
