How do I book resort accommodations and flights?

Answer

Guests will book resort stay accommodations using our preferred travel agent. This allows us to keep an accurate track of guest and room counts. Please refer to the travel section for more information. Our travel agent can assist with flights. However, you are free to book flights through whatever means you would like. It is recommended to fly into CUN - Cancun International Airport.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

No. Secrets Moxche' is an adult only resort. Persons under 18 are not allowed at any wedding events or on resort premises.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those named on the invitation are invited to the wedding events. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any extra guests at the wedding or wedding events. You are welcome to have a travel partner travel with you to Mexico and stay with you in your room.

Can my travel partner attend the wedding?

Answer

You are welcome to have someone accompany you to Cancun and share a room at the resort. If they were not invited to the wedding they will not be able to attend any wedding events.

What dates should I plan my stay?

Answer

The wedding is Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 5:30pm. All guests are free to arrive as early as they would like but we ask that all guests plan to be at the resort from June 6th - June 9th 2025.

What happens if I am unable to attend the wedding?

Answer

If your plans change and you are unable to join the celebration, notify the bride and groom as soon as possible.

Is there a reimbursement policy?

Answer

Any reimbursements for travel and resort accommodations will be made according to the terms outlined in the insurance, if purchased.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

Meal choices will be suitable for vegan, dairy and gluten free preferences.
