When Booking Travel...
We highly recommend you book your accommodations sooner rather than later, as Leesburg is a very popular city for events and hotels are limited. Currently, we can only offer a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, though there are many hotels in the Leesburg area. We will provide shuttles at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites, so you're welcome to stay at an Airbnb, bed and breakfast, or another hotel and take the shuttle to and from the venue.

Nearby Airports
The closest airport to Leesburg is Dulles International (IAD) Airport (20 minute drive). Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) Airport (50 minute drive) is another nearby option. Both have taxis & rideshares readily available. A shuttle service is available through the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, call the hotel to schedule a pickup or drop-off.
