You can find our RSVP section right here on our website! We kindly ask that all guests RSVP no later than August 31st to help us finalize our plans. What if I can’t make it? We completely understand that life can get busy, and we truly appreciate your love and support—whether you’re celebrating with us in person or from afar! <3
We’re excited to celebrate our special day with you and your presence means the absolute world to us. Due to a limited number of guests at our venue, we have had to make the tough decision to keep our guest list as an adult only wedding and reception. We have specifically noted on your invite your guest reservation. We kindly ask that you make other arrangements for any guests not noted under your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this memorable occasion with you.
We’d love all of our guests to dress in Semi-Formal Attire. In addition, we prefer our guests to stray away from full black or white attire. We would love to see our guests in autumnal color palettes! Need an idea of what “Semi-Formal” attire is? Women: Mid to floor length dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks and your prettiest blouse. Men: Throw on your best pair of slacks and a dress shirt. Ties/bow ties/full suits are not required but feel free to accessorize however you’d like. Since our wedding is in October, we recommend bringing a light jacket as nights may reach in the low 60’s.
Please arrive by 4:45pm PST. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm PST We ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to allow yourself time to park. Please try your best to not run on Filipino time or you will miss the ceremony! Guests arriving past the start time of the ceremony (5:00pm) will not be permitted into the ceremony but may later meet us at cocktail hour. The Ceremony itself should not take more than 30-45 minutes. Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow until 11:00 pm PST
There is PLENTY of parking at the ceremony/reception space. Although feel free to carpool and have a designated driver as beer & wine are on us all night long!😉
Upon arrival you may need to check into the security gate and let them know you are here for Keoni & Tori’s wedding. To get to the venue, follow the road after the security gate and make the first left, then the first right. You will see our venue and parking available. Please enter through the main entrance in the front and you will be directed to the back garden ceremony site.
Whether you like to tear up the dance floor or find comfort outside on the terrace, there is plenty of room for you to roam and enjoy the night at this beautiful estate.
If you know Keoni, he is the head chef in the house and food was our number 1 priority. He has chosen his top picks among our menu that should cater to everyone! During dinner service we will have a buffet dinner, ensuring that all guests have free rein to pick and choose what they’d like to eat. We’ll even have a late night snack later on in the evening to make sure you’re set for the drive home after a night of celebration!
Of course! Wine and beer on us all night! We will also have non-alcoholic beverages available.
We have taken into consideration all of those traveling and appreciate your attendance! We have included some recommendations of hotels that are within a close proximity from our venue. These hotels are also nestled in an area close to the 71 freeway, and within walkable distance of grocery stores, coffee shops, and eateries. In addition, these hotels have free breakfast.
