We will have shuttles picking up at the Ritz and the Hyatt at 7:15pm, departing for Jakes at 7:30pm.

Please arrive promptly at 2:45, as the bus departs at 3pm! In the evening, there will be return shuttles to Rocky Ridge at 10:30pm, 11:15pm, 12:30am.

Please arrive at 3pm, as the bus departs at 3:15pm. All guests will be shuttled from the Ritz to Northstar at 10:15pm, which is the same drop off for the after party and the Hyatt.

Shuttles will run from the Ritz to the after party location, Wild Pine. Return shuttles to Rocky Ridge: 10:30pm, 11:15pm, 12:30am Return shuttles to the Ritz: 11:30pm, 12:30pm The Hyatt is a short walk from the after party.

We will have shuttles from the after party back to the Ritz. The link below includes our room block. If you would like to upgrade your room and/or add Thursday night to the reservation at block rates, please contact Jennifer King, Group Reservations Coordinator at Jennifer.King@ritzcarlton.com You can catch the gondola between The Ritz and Northstar Village free of charge. On Friday it runs from 3-9:30pm, Saturday from 10am-9:30pm and Sunday from 10am- 3pm.

We will have shuttles to/from the wedding and from the after party back to the Hyatt. You can also catch the gondola between The Ritz and Northstar Village / the Hyatt free of charge. On Friday it runs from 3-9:30pm, Saturday from 10am-9:30pm and Sunday from 10am- 3pm.

Northstar California Resort

Northstar cabins are very close to the Ritz; however, shuttles will not be dropping off at individual cabins. Please ensure you can coordinate travel to the Ritz or to the Hyatt shuttles. You catch the gondola from Northstar Village yo the Ritz. On Friday it runs from 3-9:30pm, Saturday from 10am-9:30pm and Sunday from 10am- 3pm.
