Travel
We recommend flying into Reno and renting a car, so that you can explore Lake Tahoe!
Travel time to nearby airports:
- 1 hr to Reno (RNO)
- 20 min to Truckee
- 2.5 hrs to Sacramento (SMF)
- 4 hrs to San Francisco (SFO)
The drive time from Los Angeles is 8 hours, but is doable if you're planning to spend more time in Tahoe.
We highly recommend booking accommodations at the Ritz, the Hyatt, or Rocky Ridge to ensure you get home safely on shuttles!
