Wendella provides architecture tours on the Chicago River. We absolutely love them! If you're lucky, you'll get our favorite tour-guide, Jack!

Wendella Tours & Cruises

We guarantee this will be the best burger you have ever eaten! They do not accept reservations, unfortunately. We have had luck getting a table without much wait around mid-afternoon.

Au Cheval

We probably spend too much time here during the summer! It's a great spot to grab a drink on the Chicago River. You can make reservations, or you can order a drink at the walk-up bar and sit along the river.

City Winery at the Chicago Riverwalk

If the weather is nice, we definitely recommend a trip to the beach! Whether its a stroll along the walking path or a full beach day, you will get great views!

North Avenue Beach

This restaurant has a special place in our hearts! These are the best tacos in the City! If you are looking for a quick, casual bite to eat, this might be the place for you. Don't forget to try their queso!

London House has a great rooftop bar with unbeatable views of the city!

A quaint Italian restaurant that exceeds all expectations! This is our favorite place to go for anniversaries and special occasions.  You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but our favorites are the Risotto and Vodka Gnocchi!
