Proposal

December 17th 2021

The day of our engagement, I woke up super excited to spend the day with my Dad! Everyone that knows him, knows that his favorite musical is "Fiddler on the Roof" so naturally, when the musical was being put on at The Palace Theater, Drew told me to set up a Daddy-Daughter date night! He and the boys would hang out at the house with Vesper and have a "Boys night"! Dad and I went Christmas shopping all morning, grabbed some lunch, and then went to the theater. We had a great time! The whole drive home, we sang "TRADITION" and "If I were a Rich Man" at the top of our lungs. It was a core memory type of day! I dropped my Dad off, blew him a kiss, and eagerly drove home because I had realized I was starving! The moment I walked into the house, the smell of Italian hit me right in the face. "yes, he knows me so well" I thought! Then, Braxton, walked around the corner dressed up, hair combed, and a huge smile on his face! He asked me to come sit down for dinner while he pulled my chair out. I sat, he opened the oven, pulled out two plates of food (with Drews help) and placed them on the table for us! Mid-bite, Addison and Cooper called me into the living room to show me something. I walked abound the corner, and there were all three of my babies all dressed up and wearing white masks. Addison's "Will" Cooper's "You" Braxton's "Marry"... ... and I turned around and there was Curtis Andrew, on his knee with a mask that said "Me?" I was so shocked I forgot to answer!!!! The boys said "uhh Mom, you didn't say Yes or No?" "YES, it's a Yes"
