What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 1:30PM to give yourself plenty of time to park and be seated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately no transportation will be provided to the Ceremony.

Will Transportation be provided to the reception?

Answer

Yes, buses will be provided to and from the Hilton to the reception! Pick up time will be 4:30 PM at the Hilton Fairfax. For those taking the bus, we recommend heading back to the Hilton after the ceremony to relax and grab a drink while you wait for departure!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both St Mary of Sorrows and Westfields Golf Club have ample parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. We encourage guests to dress formally, with tuxedos or dark suits, and formal gowns or elevated cocktail dresses.

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you make this a night out just for the adults!
