Please arrive by 1:30 PM to ensure you are seated before the start of the Mass. We kindly ask that you coordinate your own transportation to and from St. Mary of Sorrows.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
For those who are using our transportation, please meet outside of the Hilton Fairfax at 4:30PM to take the bus over to Westfields Golf Club.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. We encourage guests to dress formally, with tuxedos or dark suits, and formal gowns or elevated cocktail dresses.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 PM at the outside pavilion at Westfields, with the reception immediately following in the ballroom. Please dress warmly for cocktail hour. For guests using our provided transportation, a bus will depart Westfields at 9:00 PM and return to the Hilton Fairfax. A second round of buses will depart at 10:00 PM, with a stop at Main Street Pub in Clifton for those who wish to continue the celebration. Guests heading straight back to the hotel can expect a second drop-off at the Hilton Fairfax around 10:40 PM.
