The Wedding Website of Tori Reed and Colin O'Donnell
Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have provided hotels options on the "travel" tab above. However, feel free to look around Airbnb, VRBO, etc for any housing that may fit your needs better.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 31, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 31, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP's "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the matron of honor (Katherine) as soon as you are aware. Her phone number is 1 (304) 240-1904.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to (Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black-tie optional. We want you to wear your fanciest look and the more dramatic the better! Ladies you can wear floor length dresses in any color/pattern/fabric . Gentlemen can wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white. FYI: The wedding party colors are below but feel free to wear those colors! Bridesmaids will be wearing shades of pink. Groomsmen will be wearing a deep brown suit.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invitation and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes if you would like to enjoy welcome drinks and it will give you time to sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started , you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a one minute window we are allowing guests to take photos of us at the alter which will be specified by the officiant. Otherwise, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the cocktail hour. The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony/reception will be held indoors in the same area but the cocktail hour will be held outdoors unless weather decides otherwise.

Question

Will there be an open-bar?

Answer

Of course! It wouldn't be a Reed wedding otherwise ;). There will be a fully stoked bar and the venue is providing bartenders for the event. However, please be respectful and patient to our bartenders!
