Maeve was Torey's housemate and teammate in college. After sharing a college basement, Maeve and Torey quickly became best friends. Maeve is the person Torey can always turn to, no matter how far away they live. Maeve enjoyed being present in the surprise proposal in 2020. Torey is a bridesmaid in Maeve's 2022 wedding in Boston. Since Maeve means so much to not just Torey, but John as well, they wanted her to be a part of their special day even though they only wanted a party of 1 on their side. Maeve graciously accepted the challenge of becoming ordained to marry. She deserves a ton of credit!
Neiko Lavery
Matron of Honor
Sister of the bride. Enemy of the bride from ages 4 - 15. Neiko and Torey grew up 4 years apart and loved and hated every moment. Neiko and Torey became best friends during Neiko's college years. Even though they live so far away, there isn't a day that goes by that they don't talk 4 times a day. Sometimes they just have the phone on speaker while they watch tv, cook dinner, do chores, etc. Just know any secret you tell Neiko or Torey.... the other one knows about it as well.
Tyler Preston
Best Man
Tyler is John's brother. The two of them spent their high school years a part since John went to prep school. However, they connected deeply when Tyler decided to attend Lake Forest College. The two of them would gossip like school girls during camping trips and pick on their parents for making them see the sun. Tyler and John support one another through all the ups and downs in life and look to one another for all their big moments in life.
Irelyn Crown
Flower Girl
The princess of the family. Irelyn is Torey and John's niece. Irelyn is Stefan (Torey's brother) first born. She gets whatever she wants from her Uncle John. Auntie Torey pretends to care and not give into them both but at the end of the day, whatever the princess wants princess gets. Irelyn started playing hockey a year or so ago and is in the program that Torey started playing hockey in.
Jameson Crown
Ring Bearer
Trouble maker! Jameson is John and Torey's nephew and Godson. He is Stefan's (Torey's brother) second born. He is obsessed with Spiderman and causing chaos. You will always see him with a smile on his face and dancing unless something doesn't go his way. It's hard being the middle child.
Colton Crown
Ring Bearer
Last but not least the third Crown child. Colton is Stefan's (Torey's brother) third born. He is so sweet and the opposite of his brother and sister. He is a bit shy in the beginning but give him 20 minutes and he will show you how sweet and crazy he is. He loves following thing 1 and thing 2 around.
Stefan Crown
Brother of the Bride
Stefan is such an important person in John and Torey's life. He was always the best big brother and supported Torey her entire life. When John was introduced to Stefan 10 years ago, Stefan and John became good friends and drinking pals. Stefan has three beautiful and crazy children that John and Torey adore more than life itself. Besides that, Stefan loves following John's football and being their go to contractor to help discuss how easy every house project is (even though they are afraid of messing up everything).
