FAQs

Question

Do I need a visa to travel to Spain from the US?

Answer

Spain is expected to start using an European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) in late 2026. It is a short questionnaire that you will need to fill out regarding your travel details, personal information, and a EUR 20 fee. Once the system is live, I will add the link here. Additionally, please make sure that your passport does not expire within 6 months after you will be traveling.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to the nature of the wedding, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. Please take note for footwear.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. This means a suit, elegant dress below knee length or longer, or a dressy jumpsuit in any color other than white! Please no T-shirts, jeans or khakis. The bridesmaids will be wearing green.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation for all guests to the ceremony from the hotel. To return to the hotel after the wedding, there will be an early shuttle and a late shuttle.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please refer to the schedule page to see everything that is planned for the weekend!

Question

What's the closest airport/hotel?

Answer

Nearest airport: Santiago de Compostela (SCQ). Transportation by train or car is also available from Madrid. Suggested accommodations will be listed under the "Travel" page on our website.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony so please keep cameras and phones away until after "I do's." After that, snap away and share!
