What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The nearest airport is in Missoula, MT, which is about a 25-30 minute drive from the venue. You can also fly into Bozeman or Kalispell, but it's a 2-3 hour drive to Alberton from there. Ultimately, your choice of airport will depend on your plans and what you want to explore during your visit!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Dining will take place in the foyer of White Raven. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a covered veranda, patios, trails, and gardens at the venue.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes; however, parking may become limited. When you RSVP, please let us know if you're interested in taking a shuttle from downtown Missoula to the venue. Shuttle pickup and drop-off will be at designated times and locations.

What are the pick-up/drop-off times and location if I am taking the shuttle?
Answer
There will be shuttle pick-up at two locations: the AC Hotel-Missoula Downtown and the My Place Hotel-Missoula. Shuttles will leave from the venue to return to those hotels after the reception. The shuttle schedule is as follows: Shuttle options departing to White Raven before the event: Bus #1: Leave AC Hotel-Missoula Downtown at 3:00 PM – drop guests off at White Raven between 3:30-3:45 PM Bus #2: Leaves My Place Inn-Missoula at 3:00 PM – drop guests off at White Raven between 3:30-3:45 PM Shuttle Return options from White Raven after the event: One shuttle will be travelling back and forth between the venue and both hotels starting around 8pm. The last shuttle time will be around 11 PM. If you plan to use the shuttles, it would be of incredible help to us if you could indicate this on your RSVP.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
In our opinion, June is the ideal time to visit Montana! The weather is typically mild, with temperatures in the 70s or 80s. Evenings can get a bit chilly, dropping into the 40s, so it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket or wrap. If you're interested in fishing, this is also when Montana's largest hatch, the salmonfly hatch, takes place!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, there is a limit on the number of guests we can invite and we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Can I bring my children?

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our wedding day as an adult-only occasion. We will not be able to invite children, but we hope that you will still be able to attend

Complimentary beer, wine, and a select number of specialty cocktails will be served. Please make sure to bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony; otherwise, snap away!
