Welcome Event

Welcome to Vermont! Help us kick off the wedding weekend with a casual taco bar dinner. The Timberline Lodge is right along the Bolton Access Road, just across the street from the wedding venue - parking available on site.

Wedding (Ceremony and Reception)

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire is dressy casual! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the grass lawn outside the lodge - so please consider this when choosing shoes! It will be October in Vermont, which means anything goes. Please bring a layer just in case!

While we absolutely adore your kids, this is an adult only event. Please do not bring your children. Parking is only permitted across the street at the Timberline Lodge for vehicles with designated drivers. A shuttle will be running from the Inn at Bolton Valley (hotel at the top of the access road) to the ceremony / reception venue (The Ponds) from 3:30pm to the wee hours. The shuttle can make stops along the access road for those staying at vacation rentals instead of the hotel. Please let us know if you are staying at a vacation rental! Do NOT plan on walking to the venue, even if your accommodations are close by. The access road is gravel, steep and has no shoulder.
