We got engaged at Rivergate City Park in Alexandria. - Arlington National Cemetery - United States Botanic Gardens - Union Market for cute shops and expansive food hall. - the Wharf, a lively waterfront area with restaurants, shops, boat rentals, and live music venues.
Breakfast Recommendations
Unconventional Diner - our parents met for the first time here. A Baked Joint - the biscuit sammie is worth the wait. Tatte Bakery and Cafe - everything is good but we recommend the mezze breakfast.
Restaurant Recommendations
Rasika - Indian. Order the palak chaat. L'Ardente - Italian. Don't leave without trying the soft-serve gelato. Succotash - Upscale Southern. Everything is good here, but we recommend Jamie's cornbread
