Travel Note
We are so excited to celebrate with you, we are suggesting that you take advantage of the long MLK Jr weekend and arrive Thursday or Friday and Leave Monday or Tuesday in order to enjoy pre-wedding activities with the wedding party, but also to decrease stress in the event of snow or icy conditions.
Flight
Chicago has 2 airports, O'Hare and Midway. O'Hare is about a 30 minute drive from the venue, and Midway will be at least an hour. If you are flying into join us, we suggest flying into O'Hare for ease!
Train
There are 3 convenient Metra Train stops close to hotels near our venue. If you would like to adventure into Chicago during your long weekend with us, here are your options! We suggest downloading the Ventra app if you plan to ride the train to have your tickets on the train! Big Timber Road - MDW (Milwaukee District West) towards Union Station. Elgin - MDW (Milwaukee District West) towards Union Station. Barrington - UPNW (Union Pacific Northwest) towards Ogilvie Station. Union and Ogilvie stations are located in downtown Chicago near the Chicago Loop with other convenient CTA public transit. Separate ticketing system is used, but can be accessed from the Ventra app as well.
Train
CTA is a great way to get around Chicago and conveniently has terminals at both airports, O'Hare and Midway!
