Flight

Midway Airport

The majority of Southwest Airlines flights come into Midway. Midway is also the closest airport to the hotels above. It's suggested to time your flight's arrival between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm as this is the most likely time to not run into Chicago rush-hour. To get to the hotel from Midway, you can take a rideshare (Uber or Lyft) from Door 4 in the arrivals area. Estimated Standard Rideshare Cost: $30-$50 during non-peak hours.

O'Hare Airport

O'Hare is the second and largest airport in the Chicagoland area. It is about 6 miles further from both the hotels above than Midway. Meeting your rideshare is a little more confusing than at Midway. We've included helpful tips below when catching a rideshare to either hotels from O'Hare. It's suggested to time your fight's arrival between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm as this is the most likely time to not run into Chicago rush-hour. Standard Services like UberX and Lyft: Meet your driver upstairs on the Departures level. Look for the signs "Rideshare Pickup zone." This also includes UberXL, UberSelect, Lyft Plus, etc. Luxury Services like UberBlack and Lyft Lux: Meet your driver downstairs on the Arrivals level. They are with other car and limo services. This also includes UberSUV, Lyft Premier and Lyft Lux SUV. Estimated Ride Share Cost: $40-$60 during non-peak hours.

Parking at Room 1520

For those guests who live close enough to drive, there is street parking at the venue. Street parking is ample at Room 1520. No permit or meter fees required!

4:15 PM Shuttle will be on standby at Crowne Plaza 4:30 PM: Guests at Crowne Plaza board* 4:40 PM: Depart for Hyatt Place Chicago (approximately a 10 minute drive) 4:50 PM: Arrive to Hyatt Place Chicago / Medical District* (allowing about 5 minutes to board) 4:55 PM: Depart for Room 1520 (approximately a 10 minute drive) 5:05 PM: Arrive to Room 1520 * We ask that all guests be prompt for shuttle times. There will be only one trip from each hotel to the venue, it will not make multiple trips. Shuttle Service will start up at 9:30 PM to take guests back to their hotels. 12:00 (midnight): Shuttle Service will take after-party goers to Aberdeen Tap (max 35 people).
