Can I bring my child(ren) to the wedding?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we respectfully request that this be an adults only affair (no children).

You can only bring a plus one if your invitation explicitly states “and guest” .

Yes, you can click the link under the travel tab to reserve your room under our hotel block at Hilton Charlotte Airport.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle is only available to and from the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel to the venue and within a 3 mile radius.

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal. No athletic wear - Suits - Blazers - Button-ups - Dresses - Skirts - Dressy Separates etc.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is a parking lot in front of and beside the venue that holds up to 200 vehicles.

Can I take pictures/video during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you do NOT take any pictures or videos during the ceremony as we would like for this to be an unplugged ceremony. However, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Guests are allowed to enter the venue to be seated starting at 4:30 pm.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10 pm and then we will have our grand exit.
