This is a Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner for our wedding party and family. Kids are also welcome to come to this event; please search for your child’s name to RSVP them as well. If you cannot find your child’s name, please reach out to us directly. The exact location will be sent directly to those that RSVP for this event. We are having a buffet style dinner so please mark your preferred protein so that we can have an idea of your preference.

Babysitting Services

We have two suites booked in the Hilton Airport Charlotte that can be used for keeping the kids occupied with activities during the wedding and reception. There are local companies here that offer babysitting services during events like weddings where they come to babysit kids, collectively as a group. In addition to babysitting, they offer activities and a meal during the wedding and reception. If you are interested in these services and are willing to pay for your child to attend, please RSVP by selecting “Will Attend” to receive more information.
Wedding

Semi-Formal: Suits, Blazers, Button Ups, Dresses, Skirts, Dressy Separates etc. NO athletic wear
Our unplugged wedding ceremony will begin at 5 pm, however guests can start to arrive at 4:30 pm. There will be a guest list checked at the door for attendance so please be sure to complete your RSVP with first and last names. Please also choose your preferred protein for dinner at the Reception. We are having a buffet style dinner so we would like to have a general idea of your preferences.

If you are unable to attend the wedding, you can RSVP to receive a zoom link to be able to watch the ceremony online instead! Please do NOT click “Will attend”to receive the Zoom link if you will be attending the wedding. This is only for people who will NOT be attending the wedding.
