What is the Schedule?

Ceremony at 3 PM Cocktail hour will be right after the ceremony Dinner will be at 5:30 PM Reception 5 PM to 10:30 PM

Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes. Barron Red Silo in Champion, PA

What if i arrive at 3 pm or after the Ceremony starts?

Answer

You will have to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony is over. So please plan to arrive at least 15 mins early to be seated.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue to accommodate all guests.

Is There transportation?

Answer

There will be a bus for transportation. It will be picking up and dropping off at The Alpenhof Lodge and the Holiday Inn Express in Donegal. For more information please reach out to Greg or myself.

No. Unless stated on your RSVP

Are my kids invited?

Unfortunately we could not include everyone’s little ones. But we love them!

Will there be food and drinks for cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, the bar will open at 2 PM and light snacks will be provided for cocktail hour from 3:30 to 5:00 PM

What is the Menu?

Mission BBQ will be catering a buffet style dinner. Chicken, Brisket and pulled pork will be available with Mac and cheese, collards, and cheesy potatoes for the sides.

No. If you would like to give a card please do that.

Is there an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes. We will have an open bar from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Please tip your bartender.

What if i do not RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP via the QR code, Txt, Call, or Zola website we will take that as a “No” and we will miss you.

Can I Request Songs?

Answer

We are happy to say Nate Frost, a talented musician and friend will be signing and playing songs all day for us! Nate will take requests. So please tip our favorite musician.
