Accommodations
Hotel Blocks close on August 10th! We have reserved room blocks at two hotels located in Riverhead, NY (a 15 minute drive to the venue) - Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express. These two hotels are popular choices, so please book your hotels ASAP. Transportation will be provided to and from both these hotels. There is no minimum stay required at either hotel. There are also limited Airbnb's available in the area, but please keep in mind you will need to find your own transportation to/from the venue if you choose this option! Other hotels are listed as options but do not provide room block rates and guest will need to find their own transportation to and from the venue or to one of the blocked hotels. RGNY has plenty of onsite parking for those who are considering driving to the venue themselves. If you have any questions, please reach out!!

This will be the main hotel where events are held. There is a 24/7 shuttle available to and from the Holiday Inn Express. Room can be booked directly through the link.

Flight
Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP)
About a 30-minute drive to Riverhead. A smaller airport with select domestic flights for a quick, easy experience. Recommended if possible.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
Both airports are approximately 75 minutes from Riverhead, offering a wide range of domestic and international flights.
Train
Long Island Railroad
There are limited train options from NYC to Riverhead. Or there are more train options from NYC to Ronkonkoma. It is about 25 minutes from Ronkonkoma to the hotels.
