How to Book, Travel Requirements

We have been working with an excellent travel agent, Mitch, through Trip Guy. Mitch has secured a block of rooms for our guests, and the rates include your room, all taxes and fees, as well as round trip private transportation between Cancun International Airport and Azul. Review the available room categories & rates on in the "Room Rates" tab. Instructions to Book: • Fill out the form on www.Tripguy.com/res OR: • Email Weddings@tripguy.com with the following: ✓ First/last names of all guests ✓ Preferred Dates & Room Category ✓ If you need flights, please let us know which departure airport ✓ Any additional requests or questions To speak to a TripGuy representative directly, please call: TripGuy Groups Department: 888-990-8747 ext. 300 Deposit is only $100 to reserve your room All rooms must be booked & deposited by December 18th, 2019 Final Payment will be due by February 5th, 2020 Passports are required to be valid 6 months’ POST-travel.

Included in your room rate is round trip, private transportation to and from the airport and resort. Please inform Mitch of your flight information so he can ensure a driver is waiting for you!

Travel Note

Travel Insurance

By purchasing Travel Insurance, you are protecting your travel investment. We offer optional “cancel for any reason” pre-travel cancellation protection for $99 per person, which must be added/paid for at time of deposit. This insurance plan does not offer coverage during or after travel but allows you to cancel for ANY reason, without any paperwork, up until 2 hours before your flight for a full refund, less the cost of the insurance itself. If you would like to purchase additional insurance that covers you during the trip, we offer a limited policy with up to $6000 of coverage (per person) for $129 per person (covers lost bags, trip delays, and other issues also).
