Where are the Bride & Groom staying?

Answer

Toni & Andrew will be staying at the Resort at Squaw Creek on the night before & night of their wedding. They will also be spending a few nights before and after the big day at the Village at Squaw Valley.

Who's coming to the Welcome Dinner?

Answer

In case you're up in Tahoe the night before our wedding, we would love to have you join our families for a casual welcome dinner (kids are also welcome)! We're sure that you've already booked your travel arrangements, so if you're unable to attend we look forward to seeing you on the big day. Love you all!

How long will the Bride & Groom be staying in Squaw?

Toni & Andrew will be arriving on Wednesday, September 4th and leaving on Sunday, September 8th.

Where will the ceremony & reception be held?

Answer

We are having our ceremony & reception hosted at High Camp at Squaw Valley. It's almost at the summit, at 8,200ft/ 2,500m in elevation.

How do I get to High Camp?

Answer

The Aerial Tram will whisk guests up to High Camp in less than 10 minutes. To get up to High Camp, the Tram is scheduled to depart at 4:00PM, 4:15PM & 4:30PM. If you are unable to make it on-time to get onto one of these trams, we'll be happy to see you up at High Camp after the ceremony for our reception.

Can I take the Tram down to the base village before 11:00PM?

Answer

Yes, the Tram has been reserved solely for our party, and it will be available to take you to the base village throughout the evening when necessary. Please connect with our Wedding Coordinator (Tawni) if you need to arrange for the Tram to take you to the base village before 11:00PM.

When is the last tram to the base village departing High Camp?

Answer

The last tram will be leaving at 11:00PM.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

5:00PM. The Aerial Tram will take guests up before-hand. If you are unable to make it on-time to get onto one of the scheduled trams (4:00PM, 4:15PM & 4:30PM), we'll be happy to see you up at High Camp after the ceremony for our reception.

What's planned for the rest of the weekend?

Answer

The weekend will be a time to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and hang out.....we hope to spend time with everyone! We're planning on spending Saturday at Meek's Bay Beach starting around 12:00PM.

What is the dress-code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal. Please keep in mind that it can get breezy at High Camp, so another layer is always encouraged. We will also have some blankets available in the event of chilly weather.

What will the temperature be in Squaw Valley in early September?

Answer

Average temperatures at the base village on September 6th can be as warm as 92 degrees (Fahrenheit) and as low as 62 degrees (Fahrenheit). Please keep in mind that at 8,200ft elevation at High Camp, it can be cooler & breezier.
