Shuttle Schedule to The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Friday 9/23 & Saturday 9/24

For guests staying at Golden Eagle, Sun & Ski, or Grey Fox, please see below for shuttle timing on both Friday 9/23 & Saturday 9/24: *Please be sure to not miss the last shuttle each night, as there will not be alternative transportation back to the hotels following the last shuttle. Golden Eagle: Friday 9/23: 7:25pm: Shuttle departs Golden Eagle. 7:40pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge . 11:15pm: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier return trips are at 10pm & 10:30pm, if necessary. Saturday 9/24: 3:10pm: Shuttle departs Golden Eagle. 3:40pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge. 12:10am: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier returning shuttles run every hour beginning at 9pm. Sun & Ski: Friday 9/23: 8:05pm: Shuttle departs Sun & Ski at 8:05pm. 8:20pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge. 11:15pm: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier return trips are at 10pm & 10:30pm, if necessary. Saturday 9/24: 3:25pm: Shuttle departs Sun & Ski. 3:40pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge. 12:10am: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier returning shuttles run every hour beginning at 9pm. Grey Fox: Friday 9/23: 7:30pm: Shuttle departs Grey Fox. 7:45pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge. 8pm: Second shuttle departs Grey Fox. 8:15pm: Second shuttle arrives at The Lodge. 11:15pm: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier return trips are at 10pm & 10:30pm, if necessary. Saturday 9/24: 2:30pm: Shuttle departs Grey Fox. 2:45pm: Shuttle arrives at The Lodge. There will be refreshments & an opportunity to explore The Lodge ahead of the 4pm ceremony. 12:10am: Last shuttle departs The Lodge. Earlier returning shuttles run every hour beginning at 9pm.

We HIGHLY encourage guests to book their stay at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. ALL EVENTS WILL BE HELD AT THE RESORT. Room Block is full! Please note - although the block is full, the Lodge currently offers 'classic guest rooms' (one king bed or two double beds) at a comparable rate for our wedding weekend. We encourage guests to book at The Lodge ASAP, as the price of rooms is likely to increase as our wedding weekend approaches. When booking online using the link below, please record 'Associated with Tompkins/Fisher wedding' under the 'Special Requests' ribbon to help us track the volume of guests staying at the Lodge.

Flight

Burlington International Airport

For those guests who are not driving to Stowe, we recommend flying through Burlington International Airport, which is 40-45 minutes from Stowe. Direct flights to Burlington are available throughout our wedding weekend from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Philly, Reagan, Dulles, and O'Hare airports.

Travel Note

Traveling to & from Burlington Airport

We highly encourage you to make arrangements from the airport to Stowe well in advance. Uber & Lyft may be possible in Burlington, but are likely unavailable in Stowe.
