We're getting married!

We met in August 2019 at Duke University, where we both earned our MBAs. On the first official night of our two-year journey at Fuqua, Tommy hosted a lively pre-game (surprise, surprise) before a big night out at Shooter's Saloon in Durham. Molly was immediately drawn to Tommy's charm, magnetic energy, and dance moves. After a few months of Tommy's steadfast pursuit, including a few homemade meals and dates in downtown Durham, Molly caved and we became inseparable. In May 2021, we made the decision to start our post-Fuqua lives by moving together to Boston, MA - and returning to the town Tommy grew up in. To celebrate the end of Business School and the start of our post-MBA careers, we spent two magical weeks traveling across Portugal for our first overseas trip as a couple. We then started working at Deloitte Consulting and spent free time enjoying everything Boston had to offer - Celtics & Red Sox games, dinners out with friends, and quality time in Brookline with Tommy's family. In July 2022, we spent a long weekend in NYC to celebrate Tommy's 30th birthday at his best friend Jared's farm in New Jersey. During that trip on a stroll through the West Village, Molly expressed her desire to make NYC home again as the energy of the city Molly lived for five years before Business School brought out the best in her. A year later, we made the official move to New York and settled into the heart of the East Village. In February 2024, during a stroll through the West Village on the way to pick up our favorite pizza, Tommy shocked Molly and proposed in the same exact spot she expressed her love for NYC and the dream of a shared NYC chapter two years prior. When thinking of the perfect location to tie the knot, we couldn't think of a better place than Lisbon. Portugal has a very special place in our hearts as do each of you all - we feel so thankful for the roles you have played in our lives and in helping to shape who we are today.
