Please plan to arrive NO LATER than 20 minutes before the start time of our ceremony. The property is quite large, so this will ensure you have time to park, walk to the ceremony location, and be seated before we begin. The gates will be closed and locked during the ceremony, so no late guests can enter until cocktail hour. Please plan accordingly. Most hotels are about 20 minutes away from the venue.
Parking is on site. Please follow the designated parking signs and/or the parking attendants.
If you book a hotel room through our hotel block(s), free transportation will be available (up to 20 people at each hotel, though)! The bus will take you to and from the venue and is first come, first serve to the first 20 people. Please have a backup plan if the buses fill up (Uber, Lyft, carpool, etc.).
Unless specifically written on your invitation or included in your RSVP listing on our website, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13. Please take this night as a parent's night out!

We will have yard games, drinks, appetizers, and other board games available to you during cocktail hour! It is really important to us that our guests aren't sitting around bored during our wedding day.
We will be having a DIY Taco Bar will chicken, steak, and beef options. We will have every add-on and topping that you can think of along with salsas, guacamoles, and queso dips.
