Ri is my older sister and best friend. She and I were always together growing up and she always let me tag along (even through college), no matter how uncool I was. I couldn't have asked for a better big sister to teach me the ways of the world (and how to do chores so she didn't have to). My mom once told us that someday we would be best friends-- and I have to say it, "Mom, you were right!" She currently works as an insanely skilled interior designer. She resides in Raleigh, NC with her wonderful little family, Jonathan and Oliver.
Collin LaPorte

Collin is also one of my best friends and my baby daddy. Collin and I own a beautiful pink ski boat together. Her name is Veronica. We enjoy nothing more than the time we spend together on Veronica waterskiing and throwing back cold ones on the Flathead River. Collin currently lives in Cleveland where he has recently started his medical residency. One day, he hopes to move back to Missoula and work as an orthopedic surgeon and start providing for Veronica and I.

Madison and I met in the summer of 2015 when Ben brought her back to Montana to meet his wacky hometown friends. We quickly bonded over our appreciation of 90s country music and never looked back! We spend as much time as we can adventuring around Flathead Lake, loving on our dogs, and trying to keep our male counterparts alive. Madison is the planner of the century and has put so much effort into helping me organize this day. Madison is originally from Bellingham, WA, but moved to Missoula a few years back and has become an official Montanan. She is a boss businesswoman who works in advertising.
Zack Murphy

Zack is also one of my best friends and he's my cousin! Zack has been present for the entirety of our relationship. Believe it or not, he actually helped me trick Jo into dating me in the first place. Our relationship primarily consists of me convincing Zack to do the most absurd and unnecessary things. Zack currently lives in Missoula with his fiance Allie (bridesmaid) and their dog Nala. He is a science teacher and basketball coach at a local high school. Yes, this does mean he is shaping America's youth… yikes!
Allie Schroeder

On one of their first dates about six years ago, Zack brought Allie to meet our group of friends. We proceeded to drink a bottle of Arbor Mist and our friendship has just gotten sweeter from there. Allie is the most easy-going and up-for-anything person I've ever met. I am also very appreciative of her lackluster sense of competitive spirit and her ability to make me feel not-so-bad when we do anything remotely athletic. Allie is an actual saint. She is a manager at a medical spa, a licensed esthetician, and is also Zack's professional caretaker (which is a full-time job in itself).

Chris is one of my best friends and the little brother that I never had. He is, more importantly, Wally’s godfather. Chris and I share a very strong passion for wakeboarding, golf, and Spikeball. It’s really too bad that I am better at all three. Chris recently moved back to Missoula after living in Aurora, Illinois where he was playing hockey and finishing college. Now that he is back in Montana, he plans to take wakeboarding and golf lessons from me and eventually start his career.

Kansys is my childhood best friend. We grew up a few houses away from each other and spent almost every day from second-grade through tenth-grade together. We became friends on the school bus, where we spent every ride sitting in the front seat, interviewing our bus driver. I wish I could say that was the weirdest thing we did as children, but I can't. We have remained close friends, forever connected by our awkward years and endless inside jokes. Kansys lives on the Oregon Coast with her husband, Dylan, and their cats. She is a hard-working, life-saving Nurse Practitioner.
James Adamo

James is my brother-in-law and is married to my younger sister, Kimmy. James is a true outdoorsman and a Butte native. James is the kind of guy who will always go with the flow. Whether we are having a bonfire, are out on the golf course, or are sitting in a hot tub way past our bedtime, you can bet James will be there with a cold one in his hand. Also, this guy plays hockey and loves MMA, so don't test him. James recently moved back to Missoula, along with Kimmy, to be closer to family. He currently works as an Account Manager for NalcoWater.
Kim Adamo

Kimmy is Tommy's little sister, but more importantly, she is one of my greatest friends! Kimmy has the sunniest personality and is such a light to be around. She is an adventurer, athlete, and all-around good sport. Let's be honest, she is Tommy's only real rival and is probably to blame for making him so competitive. Kimmy is the Queen of Safety (a.k.a. Safety and Training Coordinator) in Missoula County and always disapproves of her brother's not-so-smart and definitely dangerous antics. Kimmy is married to James and together they have a naughty (but also very nice) French bulldog named Louie.
Shawn Griffith

Shawn is my newest brother-in-law. He is married to my older sister Cassie. Believe it or not, Shawn was my weightlifting mentor in high school during my freshman year (back when Cassie didn't even know he existed). Like a true Butte native, this guy is a real beer and wine connoisseur, which is also the reason I know him and I will always get along. Shawn lives in Missoula with Cassie, Baby Reece, and their two dogs, Cuddles and Lucy. Shawn is a dentist in St. Ignatius and also fills in at a Missoula clinic.

Cassie is Tommy's older sister and has been a sister to me for over 10 years. I was intimidated by her at first, but it didn't take me long to realize that she's the kindest, most caring person in the world. I can also always count on Cassie to fulfill her big sister duties and put Tommy in his place. Cassie is a nurse and the Clinal Informatics Administrator at a health center in Missoula. Cassie is married to Shawn and they have the most loved pups, Lucy and Cuddles. They also created the most adorable baby, Reece Donald, who joined the world in June!

Jonathan officially became my brother-in-law in July, though it feels like we've been family for years. Jonathan is married to Jo’s sister Riley. I always look forward to seeing him because it usually means we get to go on a wild adventure. Whether it’s in the backwoods of Montana or the jungle of Mexico, there is always a good time to be had. Jonathan lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with Riley and their son Oliver. Jonathan works as the Director of Innovation and Transformation at MetLife. Boy, doesn’t that roll off the tongue nicely?
McKenna Maguet

McKenna is one of my best friends from growing up. We met in 4th grade after she moved here from Wisconsin. We could never agree on how to say "bagel" or "avocado," but that didn't stop our friendship from flourishing. McKenna and I played soccer together for years. We were running buddies, though some might say "very slow jogging buddies" would be a more appropriate description. McKenna is the kind of friend who would pull an all-nighter to make my mom a potholder for Mother's Day because I didn't get her anything (yes, she actually did that). McKenna is insanely smart, a talented artist, and an amazing singer. She taught first grade for years and is now working on getting her tenth degree (an exaggeration, but not that far off). She lives with her wonderful husband, Jordan, in Utah.

I met James a few years back when my long-time friend Ramsie brought him back to Montana for the holidays. I actually only ever refer to James as “Arizona Mike.” I gave him this name so he can have an alter ego when he travels to Montana. I know it might be difficult to believe looking at this man's physique, but Arizona Mike loves eating pizza, slamming white claws, and he hates working out. All I have to say is that it is a good thing he only makes it to Montana a handful of times each year because this bromance is dangerous. James lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his now-wife Ramsie. When he's not at the gym (which I think is never?), he's the Territory Manager at CDx Diagnostics.

Heather has been one of my most faithful friends for the last 20 years. We connected in our early years over our shared love of Good Charlotte and Panic! at the Disco. Heather and I drove to school together every morning of high school, where she served as my personal DJ and trusty copilot. I can always count on her to laugh at a meme that no one else would think is funny, know every song ever (but not know any of the words), and hold Wally's bully stick to make him more comfortable while chewing. Heather is incredibly smart, organized, and always on-top-of-it. She works as a Marketing Program Manager for a tech company in San Francisco.

Wally is my best friend, my good boy, my bubus. We love exploring, playing ball, and taking naps on the couch. Wally is built like his mother with a small torso and lovely long legs. He is simply perfect. Wally currently lives in Missoula with his two roommates (Jo and I). He plans to continue perfecting the art of fetch and being the best boy he can be. He also hopes he never has to endure having human siblings and can remain an only child forever.
