17 years ago, we met at Fort Chaffee. Then we went through Camp Robinson, Eldorado, Camp Shelby, Kuwait and eventually the deployment in Iraq. We were friends for all these years, being a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, and someone to celebrate with.
