It’s time to let loose, dance, and create memories that will last a lifetime! Event Attire: Formally Fun is the theme of the night! The most important part is choosing something that makes you feel your best! Steph will be wearing her wedding dress and Tommy will be in his suit he wore when they said I do! Don’t hesitate to incorporate bright, cheerful colors or fun patterns that show off your personality. We can’t wait to see you all dressed to the nines and ready to celebrate in style. Remember, it’s all about having fun and feeling fabulous!

Sand Volleyball 2s Pick Up Games

Rise and shine, lovebirds and partygoers! Shake off that wedding celebration haze and come spike some fun into your morning with us. We’re trading our formalwear for swimwear and dress shoes for sandy toes at the brand new sand volleyball court the hotel just installed! It's like they knew we were coming! This court will be open all weekend but reserved just for us during this time! If you want to get games in throughout the weekend, have at it! :)
Vows and Volleys Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament

Calling all pickleball enthusiasts and beginners alike! As we celebrate our union, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable mixed doubles pickleball tournament. What to Bring: Your competitive spirit, comfortable activewear, and your favorite pickleball paddle and balls. If you don't any balls or paddles, the resort can provide them upon request. Tournament Highlights: Pick Your Own Partner: Choose your favorite co-ed partner and form a dynamic duo to compete for the title of pickleball champions. It’s the perfect opportunity to team up with your spouse, significant other, or someone else who is coming that may have more skills then your spouse (no judgement)! We've got four courts that will be reserved for us as we play to WIN (most of us) or just have fun (some of us). Spectator Fun: Not playing? No problem! Cheer on the teams, and soak up the festive atmosphere from the sidelines. Lunch: We're currently working on lunch options to be delivered. More details to follow.

Our poolside ice chests will be stocked with a variety of beverages to keep you hydrated and happy. Poolside Games: From water volleyball to swim races to pool floats and fun inflatables, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Join in the games or simply relax and watch the fun unfold. Think you’ve got the luck of the draw or just a great poker face? Put it to the test at our “Love and Luck Showdown” Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament! Beginners and experienced pros welcome! Buy-In: $20 (because even poker faces need a little investment!) Prize Pool: Winner takes all, and second place gets a piece of the action too. Let’s just say, there’s plenty of cash for those with both luck and skill! Fun & Friendly: Expect lots of laughs, friendly banter, and maybe a few bluffing attempts. Join us for a night where love, luck, and a little bit of poker skill collide. Ready, set, deal! RSVP if this is up your alley so we can gauge interest and plan for how many tables and chips we need. Trail to Forever Sunrise Hike

Tucked into the foothills around Idyllwild, the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail offers backcountry beauty in the big mountains. This relatively easy hike has a gentle climb, and offers lots of shade so even if you haven’t summitted Mt. Whitney, you should still be good to go! The trailhead is about a 5 minute drive from the resort so those that are interested in joining us can caravan over together to start the sunrise adventure. Kickstart your day with serenity and a touch of recovery at our “Blissful Beginnings” restorative yoga session. Join us for a soothing 60-minute practice designed to help you stretch away any lingering hangovers and set a peaceful tone for the recovery day ahead. Don't forget to pack your yoga mat from home! For those that also want to do the sunrise hike, we'll do our best to ensure we're back in time for the yoga as well! RSVP to let us know if this is something you'll plan to do but if you change your mind, no big deal! Everything is flexible!
