In mid-August, Tomás is moving to Baltimore for a fellowship at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. A few weeks ago, Leah received a job offer that makes it possible for her to complete her work requirements for her TWU MS-SLP degree in Baltimore. We knew we would be getting engaged this year, but once we found out she could move, we decided to go forward with a quick wedding to celebrate the start of our new life together. Long-distance in the same state is one thing, but 1500 miles apart was simply unacceptable for us.
If you have received an invitation, we are so excited for you to be here for our special day. Due to limited venue capacity, we are hosting a small wedding consisting mostly of close family members. We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests beyond those expressly invited.
Exact locations and times will be sent to invited guests that RSVP via email. If you forgot to add your email when you RSVP'd, no problem, you can go through the RSVP form again and add it.
We are driving up to Baltimore on August 17th to start our new life together. Because we have to fit everything we own in our two cars, we cannot accept physical items on our wedding day. We do greatly appreciate contributions and gifts through our registry, which will allow us to receive what we need once we move into our new apartment at the end of August.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests we addressed on the invitations.
We love kids but we ask that you find other arrangements for them on our special day.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony which means no phones or cameras. You are free to take as many pictures as you like during the reception.
You can park at Milton St or Auden St, but not Amherst St.
