We kindly request your reply before September 12th, 2024.
We understand things happen and will be happy if you thought you couldn’t make it but now can! Please let us know accordingly and our venue will help us to accommodate so you can easily join us. Contrarily, we’ll be sad if you’re unable to make it and you’ll be greatly missed. We are unable to remove anyone from the guest count within 10 days prior to the big day and request that you give us ample notice by then if you need to cancel. We greatly appreciate your consideration in regards to this.
The only outdoor activity that will occur will be going to and from the church and venue.
We will not be providing transportation, but both the church and the venue have large parking lots for those who are driving. If you’re looking for an alternative, we recommend the several car service options that are available whether it be through a local company or popular app.
Our wedding ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass, including Readings, Holy Communion and the Rite of Marriage. The duration of our ceremony will be about 45 minutes. You’re welcome to sit on either the left or right side. For viewing purposes, when facing the altar, the Bride will be on the left and the Groom will be on the right.
Please refrain from taking pictures or videos during our ceremony. Our photographer and videographer have us covered with capturing the day’s events and we’ll be sharing pictures with everyone once we receive them.
We have thoughtfully addressed each of your invitations to the parties that they are intended for. If your invitation envelope says "and guest", you have a plus one. Please make sure to let us know if your guest is attending along with their first and last name so that we have an accurate headcount.
There will be a cocktail hour and plated dinner at our wedding reception, and we have included options for guests with dietary restrictions. As a precaution, please inform our reception staff of any food allergies the day of so they can accommodate you accordingly.
Although the reception ends at 11:00pm, our photographer and videographer will stay until 11:30pm for those interested in taking pictures together post reception.
We have not coordinated one but if you’re interested in continuing the celebration, let us and the rest of the guests who might be interested know where to be and we’ll come join!
We opted out of participating in a room block but have listed local options under the “Travel” tab of our website.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns prior to our big day.
