Are you postponing due to COVID-19?

Answer

The short answer is unfortunately yes. We will still be legally married on August 1, 2020, but it will only involve a small number of family and friends. We are excited to announce our rescheduled date - July 17, 2021. Be on the lookout for a "Change the Date" coming soon! Thank you for your patience and support.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 so please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:50 to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, so please plan to drive yourself, rent a car, or use ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but we can only fit around 60 cars. As much as possible, please try to carpool or ride-share using Uber or Lyft.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Travel page for a few hotel choices. We are very close to some major towns in Maine so there are lots of options for hotels, along with Airbnbs. We are not reserving a block at any specific hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged, but fun colors and patterns are welcome! The ceremony and reception will all be on paved surfaces, while the lawn games will, naturally, be on the lawn.
