Question

Are the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place in two separate venues. Our ceremony will be held in the chapel at Powell Gardens, followed by our reception at the Bauer in the Crossroads. Don't worry—both venues are indoors and air-conditioned!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We anticipate that most of our guests will plan to drive themselves, and we will provide detailed instructions and maps! Please see your invite for more information. However, for those who would prefer not to drive, we will also have a shuttle from the Crossroads Hotel to our ceremony at Powell Gardens, then to our reception downtown.

Will there be parking at the venues?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at both venues! Powell Gardens and the Bauer both have parking lots, and there is also ample street parking near the Bauer.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00. Please plan to arrive at Powell Gardens 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your kids, and we'd love to have them at our welcome party! However, our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. We’re so grateful for your understanding.

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and for celebrating with us!
