Transportation to the event: Stop 1: Holiday Inn Express, Departs 2:45pm Stop 2: Hampton Inn & Suites, Departs 3:00pm Arrive at Belle Ame at 3:20pm Transportation after the event: Shuttles depart Belle Ame at 11:00pm Stop 1: Hampton Inn & Suites, arrive at 11:15pm Stop 2: Holiday Inn Express, arrive at 11:20pm Stop 3: Downtown Hudson, arrive at 11:25pm The only shuttle back to the hotels will be after the reception, so plan to stay for the duration or use Uber/other transportation if you would like to leave before 11pm.
