You can either scan the QR code on your invite or navigate to our website. Click on the RSVP tab, type in your name and complete the RSVP for each event and guest listed. Please also list what hotel you are staying at so we can have a headcount for the shuttles!

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow time to park, grab a glass of wine, and find a seat. Shuttles will drop off guests staying at the hotels 3:40pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, and late entrance to the ceremony will not be permitted.
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies, mid formal, tea length, and floor length dresses. Gentlemen, dress shirt & tie, suit, or sports coat.
We are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If there are multiple people listed on your invite, they will appear when you search your name to RSVP.
While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. We hope you understand and that this advanced notice allows you to be able to take a night off and join us for our big day!
We have room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn & Suites in Hudson, WI. Please see the Travel page for details and booking instructions. If both hotels fill up, additional options are also listed on the travel page.
A shuttle service will be offered at both hotels, and will bring guests to and from the event. Please see the Travel page for the shuttle schedule and pickup locations.
Yes! For guests who drive themselves, free overnight parking is available at the venue. Please plan to pick up your car by 10am the next morning as the venue has another wedding happening the next day.
The ceremony location will be under an outdoor pavilion. The roof is covered, but the sides are open to the elements, so please plan attire accordingly. The path to the ceremony is paved, and is easily accessible with any footwear or by walker or wheelchair. The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor in the bar and patio, and dinner & reception will be indoors.
Plan to be at the venue from 3:30pm to 11pm. We would also love for our guests to join us for an after party in downtown Hudson after the reception. The full event schedule can be found on the Schedule page.
YES!! Please help us keep the party going by joining us in downtown Hudson after the reception. Guests can ride the shuttle to get to the after-party or meet us out.
