Airports
Flying into OAK (Oakland International Airport) is more convenient, however there are typically fewer available flights and often flights are more expensive depending on the airline. SFO (San Francisco International Airport) is quite a bit further away, but has a larger number of flights and is typically cheaper to fly into. Both airports offer BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains to the Concord, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek area. There are also ride share options, but rides from SFO to the East Bay will be extremely expensive. OAK airport is about a 30-40 minute drive to our area and an hour BART ride. SFO is about a 40-50 minute drive and around an hour and twenty minute BART ride. Check both airports when booking your flights and see which best suits your needs.

Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa
One of the nicest hotels in the East Bay, it features an award winning restaurant and spa. It is the priciest option on the list, but also worth it. The hotel is just over a 15 minute drive to the venue and a 5 minute drive from BART.

Located in downtown Pleasant Hill, this hotel is just over a 10 minute drive from the venue with a bunch restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. It's also right off the freeway and about a 5 minute drive to BART.

Renaissance Walnut Creek Hotel
Located in walking distance to the Pleasant Hill BART station and directly off the freeway, this hotel has the most flexibility with regard to getting there. It also includes great amenities with a full fitness center, pool, and spa as well as a bar and restaurant. Across the street from the hotel are some great restaurants and bars. This is a 15 minute drive to the venue.
