The East Bay is home to some of the best craft breweries in the US. Here are some of our favorites: Del Cielo Brewing - Martinez (if you want a sneak peak at the venue beforehand) Ghost Town Brewing - Oakland (two locations) Faction Brewing - Alameda Tenma Beer Project - Oakland Danville Brewing - Danville
Hiking
There are beautiful hikes throughout the East Bay and way too many to name them all here. Feel free to reach out to us if you want tailored recommendations, but here are a few to get you started: --Stonewall Panoramic Trail - Oakland (1.5 mile hike with some steep parts, but a panoramic view of Oakland, SF, and the bay to make all the sweat worth it!) --Diablo Foothills - Walnut Creek (a bunch of trails with varying lengths and difficulties) --Briones Regional Park - Martinez (various trails with great views) --Tilden Regional Park - Berkeley (another spot with a lot of options)
