Wedding Shuttle

Shuttles will be running from the center of town to the venue beginning at 4:00 PM. There will be drinks served upon arrival so an early arrival is recommended. There is also parking at/around the venue and Uber/Lyft as well. You can feel comfortable leaving your car overnight. Please contact Amanda from HVC Ceremonies with any issues: (518) 669-5602. AIRBNB

Airbnb is definitely the way to go! There are plenty of short term rentals on/around Warren Street in Hudson! It's a walking town so the closer to town the better. There will be shuttle service along Warren Street to the venue. Please refer to the Travel section.

Train

Amtrak

We've taken Amtrak several times—a great option for those traveling to Hudson from NYC/DC areas. The train station is directly across from the venue so no need to drive! NOTE: If you're flying into NYC, you will have to take a taxi or subway to Penn Station (NYP) to get on the Amtrak to Hudson (HUD).

Hotel

The Wick, Hudson, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Rates from $479/night (2 night min.) The Wick is located in the former site of a candle-factory from the 1800s. The Wick has 55 guest rooms, including 6 suites. The Wick is conveniently located next to the Basilica Hudson and the Amtrak Hudson. There will be shuttle service from the Wick to the venue. Please refer to the Travel section.

St Charles Hotel

Available to book now Rates from $249/night (no minimum stay) The St. Charles Hotel has operated in Hudson since 1864. They have over 40 rooms available. The St. Charles Hotel is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Basilica Hudson and the Hudson Amtrak Station. There will be shuttle service at the park across from the hotel to the venue. Uber is now available in the Hudson Valley area. We recommend that you pre-book your pick-up and/or drop-off times as it is a small town with limited cars available.
