Travel & Accommodations

Here are some hotel and flight options recommended by us, including a discounted block option. Keep in mind this is not an all inclusive list and you are welcome to find whatever accommodation works best for you, including Vrbos and Airbnb’s.

Hotel

Viceroy Snowmass

130 Wood Road, Snowmass Village, CO 81615

Home to our cocktail hour, dinner, and reception — so staying here means you’ll be right in the heart of the festivities. Most of the bridal party will be here too! Our courtesy room block is limited, so we recommend booking early. Please note they offer complimentary transportation from the Aspen airport directly to the hotel. Please note that the room block rates are available for 3 days before and 3 days after the wedding weekend. To select different dates, click the “EDIT” tab at the top of the page, which defaults to 7/21 – 7/28.

Discount Code - Group Code HOFFBAIL26 or call & mention Hoff-Bailey Wedding

Hotel

Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection

100 Elbert Lane, Snowmass Village, CO 81615
 (970) 923-8200

Keep in mind, this option is about a 20-minute walk to the Viceroy Hotel, where all the wedding events and shuttles for the ceremony will be.

Hotel

Limelight Snowmass

65 Wood Road, Snowmass Village, CO 81615

Just minutes from The Viceroy, The Limelight is a convenient option for the weekend.

Flight

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport

For the easiest travel experience, we recommend flying into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). It’s just minutes from Snowmass, meaning you can start enjoying the mountains right away. If you’re staying at the Viceroy, they offer complimentary transportation from the Aspen airport directly to the hotel — making your arrival seamless and stress-free. Although the airport may be more expensive to fly too, factor this in + hotel parking and you may just have good deal!

Flight

Denver Airport

If you choose to fly into Denver International Airport (DEN), plan for about a 4-hour scenic drive to Snowmass. This option will require renting a car, as there’s no direct shuttle from Denver to Snowmass. While the drive offers beautiful mountain views, it’s a longer travel day compared to flying directly into Aspen.
